Storage King USA Winter Haven

This project consisted of a new single-story 20,500 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) composed of 4” slab on grade, structural cold-formed framing, glass storefront, EIFS, and standing seam metal roof. The climate-controlled storage structure holds 130 lockers ranging in size from 5×5 to 10×30. Associated MEP systems, finishes, landscaping, hardscaping, and grading/earthwork were all part of the scope.
