Work included selective demolition, MEP and fire alarm system upgrades, new finishes, paint, casework, and lighting. Private offices line the perimeter of the 14,700 sq. ft. high-end space, along with multiple conference rooms, a machine room, cafe/kitchen, work lounge area, restrooms, and reception.
