Storage Facility – Lake Wylie

This new 741-locker 82,000 sq. ft. three-story climate-controlled storage facility is comprised of first story concrete tilt-wall plus a combination of structural steel and cold form load bearing wall framing. The site has extensive underground detention systems. Other scope items included landscaping, fencing, masonry, millwork, rough carpentry, waterproofing, overhead doors, windows, EIFS/stucco, stained concrete flooring, louvered metal canopies, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
