Complete with a full-service bar and private lounge with high top tables and booth seating, the spaces hold areas for shampooing, grooming, master barbers, and an employee break room with wood lockers.
High-end features include polished concrete floors, wood cloud ceilings, wood wainscoting, custom millwork for barber stations and retail areas, feature millwork wall signage, rift cut solid oak wood doors, granite countertops, interior glass entryway into the private grooming area, and porcelain wall tile.
The scopes also included modifications and upgrades to the base building mechanical and electrical systems.
