An existing 24,000 sq. ft. dining center was enhanced to improve circulation and program offerings with a new variety of eateries such as Moe’s, Chick-fil-A, True Balance, and more. The scope included selective demolition, MEP upgrades, new finishes, casework repair, new partitions, ceilings, kitchen exhaust hoods, kitchen equipment, and structural improvements. The work was completed on an aggressive fast-track schedule over summer break.
