Plymouth Meeting Mall Redevelopment

The three-phase scope of work consisted of demolition of a former three-floor Macy’s to accommodate a new core and shell space including seven new retail tenants and office space. Rycon also handled the fit-outs of Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington, and Michaels. The work also included a complete reconfiguration of core and shell and utility services.
