Pike & Rose

Pike & Rose is a popular entertainment district located in the heart of Montgomery County on a 24-acre neighborhood with multiple Class A office buildings, restaurants, hotels, apartments, and fitness centers. Rycon was selected to build-out numerous spec offices as well as Rycon’s Washington, DC office within this LEED Gold Certified building, 909 Rose. The scopes included polished concrete floors, terrazzo flooring, fabric wrapped acoustical baffles, millwork with quartz countertops in reception and kitchen, conference rooms, a basketball court with raised flooring, glass partitions and entrance doors, drywall partitions, MEP, and finishes.
