Perry High School CTE Cosmetology Relocation

The lowest of seven (7) bidders, Rycon was awarded the general trades package for this project. Self-performing 65% of the work, Rycon handled drywall and casework. The work consisted of the renovation of an existing classroom into a computer lab, and a group of three existing classrooms into a cosmetology suite including a classroom, salon, changing area, and other associated spaces to enhance the school’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) program. The renovated areas consisted of approximately 5,400 sq. ft. distributed over the first and third floors, and included associated plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and asbestos abatement on these and other floors of the building.
