Everbrook Academy Day Care

Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services to construct a new single-story steel framed 16,100 sq. ft. day care with a 160-space parking lot. Offering a STEAM curriculum, the school holds 14 classrooms for infants through Pre-K aged students, a 1,200 sq. ft. multi-purpose room with a library nook, and a large kitchen. The 6,300 sq. ft. outdoor space included three separate playground areas with artificial turf and a basketball court. Rycon self-performed concrete, drywall, and casework installation.
