Rycon secured this 11,000 sq. ft. fit-out through a competitive bidding process. The scope of work included three genomics laboratories, support spaces, offices, a conference room, and a refrigeration area. The work was completed on a fast-track schedule in less than three months while spaces on both sides remained occupied.
