NCH Naples Ambulatory Surgery Center

Rycon is providing preconstruction and construction management services under a GMP format for this new 12,100 sq. ft. Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The ASC will be incorporated into the second floor of the existing three-story medical office building located within the Naples Community Hospital downtown campus. It will be supported by an existing utility room area on the second floor. The space will include four operating rooms, one procedure room, 15 pre-op/ recovery stations, and all other required ancillary spaces. Work includes a 300kW diesel fired standby generator, automatic transfer switch, and enclosure. Part of the project is a 3,600 sq. ft. Stay Suites with four guest rooms and associate support spaces on the second floor of the existing building. These buildings are connected via an existing walkway. The facility will be designed and constructed in accordance with the current rules, regulations, FGI guidelines, and codes adopted by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
