Brookhaven Storage Facility

This Class A five-story ground-up storage facility holds 727 climate-controlled lockers. The building is a combination of structural steel and cold form load bearing metal framing with concrete/metal decking at roof, slab-on-grade concrete, and membrane roofing. The envelope is insulated metal panel with thin brick masonry accents and faux window accents. Features include polished concrete flooring and a 40’w x 25’ deep drive-in loading area to accommodate two vehicles.
