The scope of work on the 24th floor of this 40-story skyscraper includes the reconfiguration of the space and extension of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The 9,600 sq. ft. high-end space features multiple client conference rooms, kitchen/cafe, and private/open offices. The finish carpentry package was fabricated in-house by Rycon’s Craftworks USA.
