Life Storage Facility

These ground-up multi-level climate-controlled storage facilities have varying structure types. The Morrow site is a new 26,000 sq. ft. two-story storage building. The steel structure with metal panels and EIFS exterior holds 168 lockers. Life Storage also approached Rycon to complete the remaining construction of the two Alabama sites that were already in progress by another contractor. The leftover scope included completion of the building structure and interior work including all MEP trades and storage lockers.
