Imeca Lumber & Hardware Distribution Center

Rycon was awarded a negotiated CM at-risk contract to build a new 33,000 sq. ft. distribution center for this boutique hardware store chain. The building will consist of 5,000 sq. ft. of retail, storage area on a mezzanine level above the retail, and 28,000 sq. ft. of high-pile storage warehouse space. There will be two loading wells and one flat loading dock. The scope of work will include reworking the site to accommodate a new truck drive and underground storm water system. The building will be constructed with a tilt-up concrete panel system with a steel and bar joist column structure.
