Imeca Lumber & Hardware Distribution Center

Rycon was awarded a negotiated CM at-risk contract to build a new 33,000 sf distribution center for this boutique hardware store chain. The building was constructed with a tilt-up concrete panel system with a steel and bar joist column structure.The building consists of 5,000 sf of retail storage area on a mezzanine level above the retail space, and 28,000 sf of high-pile storage warehouse space. There are two loading wells and one flat loading dock. The scope of work included reworking the site to accommodate a new truck drive and underground storm water system.
