This new 64,000 sq. ft. medical cannabis cultivation, processing, and provisioning center includes flower rooms, dry rooms, a laboratory, customer/employee facilities, and a flagship retail area. Serving as Holistic Industries Michigan headquarters, the site was formerly a bowling alley. The building is a steel frame structure with insulated metal panel skin and split face masonry. Rycon installed fans, dehumidifiers, HPS (grow) lighting, green LED (night) lighting, benching systems, and drip irrigation lines. Speed to market is of utmost importance; therefore, adhering to a strict schedule was the primary goal.
