High-Tech Office at Liberty Center

Rycon was responsible for the demolition and build-out of this tenant’s high-end office space. The work included new luxury vinyl tile flooring and carpet, exposed ceilings with acoustical spray insulation, decorative wood trellis ceilings, acoustical fabric walls, DIRTT demountable glass partitions, automatic window blinds, lockers, and upgraded mechanical systems. The 7,700 sq. ft. space features a reception area, conference rooms, a large kitchenette, a lactation room, a multipurpose room, IT/data rooms, collaborative areas, offices, and work stations.
