Industrious Office Fit-Out

Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services on this fit-out of a new location for Industrious, a co-working office space, located on the 19th floor of the Bank of America building in downtown Nashville. The space consists of phone rooms, conference rooms, common spaces/collaborative areas, a lactation/mother’s space, and custom casework. The scope of work included partitions, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ceiling, finishes, and life safety.
