Rycon was responsible for a multi-phased adaptive reuse of a former warehouse into a new high-end technology office spanning 48,000 sq. ft. The work on five floors included team rooms, open office spaces, focus rooms, phone rooms, mother rooms, gaming lounges, production space/hardware labs, and kitchens, as well as a 2,500 sq. ft. rooftop terrace, and the construction of a new server room holding MEP equipment for supplemental cooling. The Casework & Millwork Division fabricated wood ceilings, upholstered seating, veneer casework with exposed edges, metal panels with perforated faces, screen-printed graphics on wood veneer paneling, and metal post supports and reveals.
