This 220-unit LEED Gold Certified apartment includes 33 units of co-living space. This is a relatively new concept to Pittsburgh, in which occupants share multi-bedroom apartments much like dormitories. Amenities include a pet wash station, indoor bike storage, fitness center, club room, two levels of parking, and retail space. The top five stories of the seven-story structure are wood-framed, while the lower two floors are structural steel with slab on deck. Rycon self-performed concrete and finish carpentry fabricated by the Casework & Millwork Division.
