Hanover Crossing Mixed-Use Development

Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services on this redevelopment which transformed the former indoor mall into the new outdoor Hanover Crossing located near Boston. The project included demolition, remodels, white box and outparcel construction, and tenant fit-outs. A contemporary style open-air outdoor lifestyle center was part of the scope. The development features a variety of tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, L.L. Bean, Sephora, J.Crew Factory, Old Navy, Panera Bread, 110 Grill, Petco, The Vitamin Shoppe, Evviva Trattoria, and T-Mobile.
