Rycon completed numerous supermarkets including new out-of-ground stores, renovations, departmental renovations, and GetGo Cafe + Market convenience stores/gas stations. The 87,000 sq. ft. new store in Wexford, PA is LEED Silver Certified while the 85,000 sq. ft. Indiana, PA location is LEED Gold Certified. Several of the grocery stores feature drive-thru pharmacies, prepared food areas with accommodating seating, beer/wine areas, and children’s play areas. The majority of the renovations were completed while stores were open.The new GetGo Cafe + Markets included excavation, site utilities, foundations/building concrete, masonry veneer exterior, steel, EPDM roofing, doors, aluminum entrances and storefronts, and metal canopy and interior scope included framing/drywall, rough/finish carpentry, mirrors, ceramic tile, paint, toilet compartments/accessories, and MEP work.
