Fresenius Medical Care – Kidney Care & Surgical Centers

Rycon completed multiple surgery centers and dialysis/kidney clinics nationwide. The scope of work at the Kidney Care facilities included ground-up buildings or renovations of existing spaces to house new stations, separation rooms, home training rooms, exam rooms, offices, staff lounge, conference room, waiting area, medical and lab prep areas, and staff shower/lockers. The surgical centers consisted of interior tenant upgrades to hold operation rooms with radiation shielding, specialized AHU’s, pre/post surgery areas, medical offices, nurse’s stations, RTUs, and emergency generators. Rycon’s in-house architectural woodwork team fabricated and shipped custom pieces for nurse’s stations and the reception area at select locations.
