Fox Rothschild Law Firm 6 PPG Place

Rycon served as CM for the construction of a high-end law firm located on the 10th floor of a skyscraper. With occupied floors above and below, the project required careful coordination, noise control, and scheduling to minimize disruption. The interior fit-out transformed the full-floor white box into a sophisticated office featuring private offices, workstations, reception, conference rooms, a café/staff dining area, elevator lobby, support space, copy rooms, storage, and collaborative areas. Rycon led preconstruction planning and coordination, including evaluation of the existing HVAC systems above the ceiling. Select ceiling tiles were removed, salvaged, and reused.
