The fourth through seventh floors of an existing mixed-use historic mid-rise structure located within a robust infrastructure corridor are being converted to hold 1,045 self-storage units. The climate-controlled units will be spread throughout 126,000 total square feet and will range in size from 5’ x 5’ up to 10’ x 30’. The scope of work includes selective demolition, security features, fire alarm and sprinklers, hallway partition systems, wire mesh ceilings, wainscoting, MEP and HVAC upgrades, and loading dock repair.
