Extra Space Storage Kihei

Rycon was the design-builder for this 48,600 sf self-storage project within the Maui Research & Technology Park. MSSI was the architectural design firm. A total of 353 lockers are spread throughout four (4) single-story drive-up buildings. The climate-controlled structures are comprised of a combination of structural steel and cold form load bearing wall framing with split-face block, EIFS, and metal roofing system. The scope of work consisted of utilities, site and building concrete, MEP systems, associated site work, and interior finishes including polished concrete flooring.
