Deptford Mall Redevelopment

This former two-story Sears anchor store was demolished to accommodate new retail tenants as well as a new 61,000 sq. ft., one-story Dick’s Sporting Goods. The scope of work included a full roof replacement, exterior façade renovations, vertical transportation installation, structural modifications, various utility installations, and parking/site reconfiguration. Rycon was also selected to perform sitework improvements including utilities and amenities. The project was completed to allow the future outparcel construction and renovation of an existing bank and fitness center.
