Cannabis Dispensary – East Syracuse

A vacant 8,400 retail space was converted into a new cannabis dispensary. The scope of work was inclusive of selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting, electrical power/data, mechanical, plumbing, structural, a new RTU with five (5) condensers, a generator on the roof, and 16 interior air handlers. The space holds a secure entry vestibule, sales area, consult room, receiving room, fulfillment area, storage, vault, security rooms, and staff break room.
