Budget Store & Lock Self Storage – Shillington

Rycon was awarded the alteration and expansion of an abandoned supermarket into a new one-story Class A storage facility. The project included five (5) separate one-story pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) ranging in size from 3,200 sq. ft. to 6,400 sq. ft. each. The existing structure was renovated and expanded with a new structural steel 27,600 sq. ft. addition. Work included demolition, MEP and HVAC improvements, storefront modifications, door infills, metal coping and masonry to match existing, bollards, and site work. Overall, a total 813 storage lockers of varying sizes are available for rent.
