This 14,000 sq. ft. expansion included a new parts mezzanine and 13 new service bays. Ground-up construction consisted of concrete footings and slabs, masonry walls with bar joists, and membrane roofing. Interior finishes included polished concrete, locker rooms, and manager offices. Work also included a renovation of the existing eight (8) lift service garage as well as an installation of a new parts elevator. The project was completed in two (2) phases to allow for the business to remain fully operational.
