Rycon constructed 1 million sq. ft. of new LEED buildings within Oxford’s 16-acre mixed-use development in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. The property features four flex offices including a high-tech autonomous facility, a high-end law firm, Burns White, five enclosed parking garages with a total of 664 parking spaces, and a 300-unit luxury apartment complex. All buildings received LEED Silver or Gold Certifications and Rycon self-performed concrete and casework/millwork. The Yards Apartments was a MBA Award Finalist, Burns White Center was an MBA Award Winner for Best New Construction, and the 3 Crossings Development was recognized for Best Mixed-Use by NAIOP.
