10 Federal Storage Arlington

This project will consist of a complete 50,000 sq. ft. remodel of an existing vacant warehouse into a new self-storage facility. The exterior scope of work will include demolition of a chain link fence and loading docks, new concrete with asphalt overlay, stair handrails and guardrails, exterior storefront, paint, and concrete patching. Interior work will be comprised of new drywall, ceilings, polished concrete, white ceramic cove base, paint, and toilet accessories.
