10 Federal Storage

These projects consisted of new construction or modifications of self-storage warehouses in Texas. The ground-up structures are pre-engineered metal buildings, one story, climate-controlled, and range in size from 11,400 sq. ft. to 43,800 sq. ft. each. Work on the sites also included concrete, storm drains, and fire tanks. The Arlington project was a 50,000 sq. ft. remodel of a vacant warehouse into a new self-storage facility.
