Rycon was part of the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team for the construction of this new, 55,000 sq. ft. energy effi cient, three-story multi-purpose building. The facility boasts large dining areas, classrooms, and offi ces. The first fl oor dining area includes 500-seats along with numerous retail dining options, the 800-seat main dining hall occupies the second fl oor, while the third fl oor features a large multi-purpose room, offi ces, and classrooms. BIM was utilized during the 17-month project.
