Pediatric Medical Office Building at Homestead Pavilion

Rycon was awarded the construction of a ground-up building holding a pediatric medical office. The cold-formed steel structure features CMU block, stucco, EIFS, and Bahamian style shutters. The scope included associated site work. The pediatric medical office work entailed installing newly finished carpentry, plumbing fixtures, RTUs, and lighting fixtures to meet the specific requirements of the tenant.
