Five Iron Golf at Three Logan Square

This 4,800 sq. ft. recreational venue on the ground floor of Three Logan Square features five Trackman golf simulator bays, a bar with seating, and two outdoor patios. The scope included demolition, new MEP systems, restrooms, coordination and rough-in of A/V equipment including simulators, coordination of kitchen equipment, and new finishes. Construction of the simulator bays consisted of walls, lids, electrical, installation of millwork, foam tile base, field turf, hitting mat, ceiling carpet tiles, and ceiling projector supports.
