A vacant 39,000 sq. ft. retail space was converted to a Bob’s Discount Furniture. The scope of work included selective demolition, new lighting, power outlets, energy management system, security system, and finishes. The existing HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems were modified to suit the tenant.
