Rycon provided both preconstruction and construction management services for this extensive 26,000 sq. ft. renovation of the facility’s serving and seating areas. The scope involved new food service equipment, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, and interior finish improvements such as new lighting, polished concrete floors, epoxy flooring in the back-of-house, and reclaimed siding for the interior walls.
