Western Psychiatric 2nd & 7th Floors

Rycon was selected to renovate two floors within Western Psychiatric Hospital. The second floor improvements were completed over four (4) phases with overlapping completion dates and included infrastructure upgrades and full renovations to the facility’s conference rooms, administrative offices, and auditorium. Renovations on the seventh floor included improvements to allow the Owner to provide ERC (Evaluation and Referral Center) services to their Behavior Health Services Department. Screening and treatment room upgrades were included in the project, all with anti-ligature measures. The work was conducted in one phase, but with extensive coordination required between the floors above and below to allow for continued operations.
