Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services on this new 151,000 sq. ft. expansion consisting of four new buildings/25 new stores. The project increased leasable area by approximately 50%. Work included extensive site development of 18-acres including earth moving, utilities, stormwater management, hardscaping/landscaping, and an emergency generator. HOP work widened and maximized efficiency of intersections with Route 30.
