A partner of one of the fastest growing grocery retailers in the country, Rycon was selected to transform a former furniture store at the rejuvenated Homestead Plaza into a new 20,000 sq. ft. Sprouts Farmers Market. Known for its organic, natural, healthy, and locally sourced foods, the grocery store has a full-service kitchen, bakery, and deli/meat counter. The scope of work consisted of demolition, interior finishes, MEP upgrades, and the installation of an entire system of coolers and refrigerators.
