These new convenient stores consisted of structural brick masonry, wood trusses, shingle and TPO roofing, and EIFS, with a deli prep area, service line and café, and indoor seating. Site improvements included earthwork, site lighting, curb and gutter, paving, sidewalks, water and sewer system, DOT roadwork, landscaping, and irrigation. In addition, installation of underground tanks and piping for 20 pumps at each site with complete canopy work.
