Sharpsburg Self Storage

This project consisted of a ground-up 99,000 sq. ft. building composed of a combination of structural steel and cold-formed metal framing, 4.5” concrete slab on metal deck, aluminum storefront system, EIFS, brick accents, and TPO roof. The interior features 727 climate-controlled storage units within three-stories. Other scope items included landscaping, fencing, bollards, masonry, millwork, rough carpentry, waterproofing, overhead doors, windows, stained concrete flooring, louvered metal canopies, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
