Rycon was selected to build and/or renovate numerous eateries across the US including work on active military bases along with Naval Air Stations. The scope of services typically included full scale renovations to existing venues withing food court areas or standalone buildings. Work included demolition, underground MEP rough-ins, concrete patching, exterior concrete, site improvements at drive-thru areas and outdoor seating spaces, rough carpentry, casework/millwork, coordination of food service equipment, doors/frames/hardware, ceramic, painting, drywall, signage, roofing, kitchen hood systems and associated rooftop exhausting systems, and specialty rubber flooring systems at BOH areas. The projects were completed on a fast-track schedule and required coordination with military personnel.
