Montefiore Hospital 5th Floor TICU

Rycon was awarded a negotiated GMP contract to provide full preconstruction and construction management services to upgrade this 13,500 sq. ft. TICU. The work was completed in an ICRA III environment and included upgrades of patient rooms, corridors, employee locker area, and finishes.
