Mini Storage Depot

These ground-up projects consisted of single or multi-story pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) or structural steel buildings comprised of cold formed wall framing, brick, fiber cement siding, aluminum storefront, EIFS cornice, and standing seam metal roof. The interior features climate-controlled storage units with exterior accessible units, stained concrete, and finishes. Parts of the work included one-story non-climate-controlled pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) and covered parking areas. Site work mainly consisted of concrete sidewalks/curbs, bollards, paving/striping, decorative ornamental fencing at the perimeter of the site, and widening the entrances.
