Humana

Rycon was awarded numerous projects for Humana under a negotiated lump sum format. All renovations were completed on schedule and included medical clinic interior build-outs/remodels as well as medical office build-outs/remodels ranging in size up to 22,000 sq. ft. each. The work also included multiple design-build contracts for the installation of emergency generators at a variety of Humana-owned health care facilities including Conviva Care Centers (CCC), Partners in Primary Care (PIPC), and Family Physicians Group (FPG) located throughout Florida and Texas.
