Rycon was selected to complete an 11,400 sq. ft. medical expansion at the Lindbergh Health Center. The scope of work included first floor demolition, a new office layout, new finishes, and a one-stop elevator. Since the work zone occurred in an active medical facility, an ICRA plan consisting of barrier walls and scrubbers was utilized.
Grady Health Systems selected Rycon again for two more renovation projects including an eye clinic and team rooms.
