Frito-Lay Production Warehouse

Rycon is the design-builder on a single-level tilt-up warehouse for the production and manufacturing of Frito-Lay snack foods. Ware Malcomb was hired as the
architect. The 103,000 sq. ft. facility will house offices and manufacturing/distribution areas. Once the tilt-up concrete panels are erected, installation of joist and deck will commence, and then the panels will be inspected, primed, and painted. The scope includes sprinkler system/fire protection, fire pump, and site/utility prep work.
