It includes a total of 147 guestrooms (76 Fairfield and 71 TownePlace) and first-floor amenities such as a meeting room, fitness center, indoor pool, bar, and buffet area. The site work package includes underground utility installation, demolition and relocation of power and communication duct banks, mass grading, an outdoor patio, sidewalks, and general parking lot paving.
